It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peacefully passing at home surrounded by her family, of our mother Wilma Doris Doucette (nee Card) on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband Bud Doucette and grandson Christopher Bayard. Survived by her loving children Lea Anne (Paul) Stevenson, Laurel (Ron) Wagg, Lynne (Leonard) Bayard, Keith (Sharon) Doucette and Christine (Rick) Tompkins. Cherished grandma of Amy and Ashley (Warren) Stevenson; Brent (Tonya), Troy (Shylyn), Brittany (David) and Brianne (Delaina) Wagg; Ryan (Ioana), Jen Chant, Daniel (Amanda) Bayard; Allison and Andrea Doucette. Great grandma to Enzo, Gabriel, Mateo, Jaxon, Emma-Leigh and Kianan.
The family would like to express their sincerest thanks to Dr. Brian Batten (whom Mom worked for many years) for his devotion and loving care. Also, thanks to the Paramed Home Care PSW and Palliative Nurses.

Visitation will take place on Monday, August 8, 2022 at the Low and Low Funeral Home,23 Main Street South, Uxbridge (905-852-3073) from 7p.m. until 9p.m. A service will take place in the chapel on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 1p.m. with visitation for one hour prior. Immediately following the service, a reception will be held on the lower level. To attend the service virtually, a link will be made available on the day of the service. Donations in Wilma’s memory may be made to the CAMH – Centre for Addiction and Mental Health or the Team Chelsea Lost Pet Search Group.
