Ursula (Thoma) Viney

With a broken heart, I share with you that Ursula Viney has left us to take her place beside our heavenly father. I was fortunate enough to be by her side and holding her hand as she took her last breath peacefully.

Over the past almost 3 years, Ursula has battled brain cancer. Throughout this difficult journey, she remained positive and always had that beautiful smile. She was my rock through it all. For those of you who were lucky enough to know her, you know that she was always positive and looked for the good in every person.
 

Her family takes comfort in knowing that her battle is now over and she can enjoy her everlasting life in heaven. She was a beautiful wife. She never walked behind me or in front of me, but by my side for the past almost 27 years. She was a loving mother to our 4 kids and Oma to our eight grandchildren, a fun-loving coworker, and a great friend to so many.
 

I miss you, sweetheart. I hope that I can make you proud and I look forward to the day we are together again.
 

In lieu of flowers, please make a small donation to a cause that was very near to Ursula’s heart - the SPCA. Ursula loved animals and would be forever grateful knowing that you helped out an animal.
