Dean’s family announces with great sorrow his passing at home on Tuesday April 22 at the age of 66. Beloved husband and best friend of Sharon (nee Wallace). Devoted father of Tyler (Becky), Braeden (Chantelle). Dean also leaves behind his treasured grandchildren - Clara, Blake and Nolan.
Loving son of the late G. Joyce Abraham and son-in-law of the late Marion and Donald Wallace. Cherished brother to Janet (Terry) Jeff (Lisa) and Dawn (Rob). Also fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews and extended family.
Dean was a loyal and supportive friend and coworker to many.
A lifelong sports enthusiast - playing, coaching and watching. He also loved summers on the boat and dock. Dean and Sharon enjoyed travel but also enjoyed time at home and cottage - working on projects together and entertaining friends and family.
Visitation will be held at Low and Low Funeral Home Port Perry Chapel, 1763 Reach Street, Port Perry on Thursday May 1 from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M. A funeral service will be held at Low and Low Funeral Home on Friday May 2 at 2:00 P.M. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Heart of Hastings Hospice in Madoc would be appreciated by the family. Memories and words of condolence can be left at www.lowandlow.ca
