Raymond Ivan Laswick

Passed away peacefully at Douglas Crossing Retirement Home on Sunday, June 6, 2021 in his 99th year. Beloved husband of Betty (predeceased), father of Linda (David) Little and Chuck (Janice) Laswick. Girdy to Becky (Kelly) Dunford, Kevin (Lisa) Little, Ryan (Ashley) Laswick and Andrew (Kristin) Laswick. Big Girdy to Spenser and Jordin Dunford, Katelyn and Ben Little, Jackson and Avery Laswick and Holly and Mitchell Laswick.

Ray was a WWII veteran having served in the RCAF, a life member of Uxbridge Kinsmen Club, Treasurer of the Uxbridge Community Arena Board and longtime volunteer at Uxbridge Community Care. He retired from Ontario Hydro after 35 years as a Lineman and Stockkeeper.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Uxbridge United Church or Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to Low and Low Funeral Home, 23 Main Street South, Uxbridge (905-852-3073).
