Mary Henrietta (Simone) Watson

Passed away peacefully at Markham-Stouffville Hospital on Thursday July 18, 2024 at the age of 97 years.  Wife of the late William Joseph Watson.  Loving mother of Jim (Barb) and Joe (Catherine).  Grandma will always be loved and remembered by her grandchildren Melanie (Ron Santiago), April, Shannon, Amanda-Brea (Wil) and Cameron.  Survived by her great grandson Lucas.

Mary was a resilient, independent, intelligent woman touching many lives by sharing her wisdom. She loved to dance, tend to her flowers, knit and crochet and was always grateful to welcome others into her home with a big smile.  Her witty sense of humour will be remembered fondly by all whose lives were touched by her.

A funeral service will be celebrated at Low & Low Funeral Home, 23 Main Street South, Uxbridge on Tuesday July 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM.  Interment Uxbridge Cemetery.  Reception to follow at the funeral home.  Friends may send condolences or make donations at www.lowandlow.ca
