Len passed peacefully, on Sunday January 19, 2025 at Bon Air LTC, Cannington, ON at the age of 83. He was the eldest son of John and Emily Greenwood (Blain). Brother of Robert (Sandy) of Trenton, and Sandra Carson of Sundre, AB. Uncle to Corry, Dale, Brandon, Demian and Cody.

Len was born and raised in Port Perry. After graduating High School he attended the Radio College of Canada in Toronto. Upon graduation, he went to work for his Uncle Ross in Stouffville as a TV and Radio technician, and eventually took over when Uncle Ross retired. Later, Len changed careers and worked for the York Board of Education as a Stationary Engineer until he retired and moved to Beaverton to live on the water.

Although Len never married, he lived a very fulfilled life, enjoying skiing all over the world, tennis and archery with his close friends, especially (Ron) who has known since childhood.

When his dad was moved to Beaverton, LTC, Len had his mom move in with him where they became housemates and best friends until her passing in 2021.

Len will definitely be missed by all, including cousins, friends and great neighbours who kept an eye on him, and pitched in whenever needed.
