It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of June Anne Haynes on September 13, 2024.
Gladys and Ronald welcomed with love, their daughter June Anne on June 1, 1936. A real joy.
June (Ernest Clinker deceased 2022) is survived by her loving brother, Jack and his wife, Sheila. Mourning her loss are her three nephews John (Sheree), Robert (Laura deceased 2015) and Jason (Nuni). June will be lovingly remembered by her six grand nieces and nephews - Lucas, Alexa, Kristen, Danielle, Aidan and Liam. Fondly remembered by June's step children David, his wife Susan, their daughter Susannah and Margo and her family.
Growing up on their farm in Markham gave June a wonderful start in life. Enjoying her school years, June, after being out in the workforce for two years, decided to become a teacher. She taught in Uxbridge at the public school where later in life, she met the love of her life, Ernie. They were married and made their home in Uxbridge, enjoying travel, playing bridge and entertaining their families and friends.
June was a very dedicated person , enlightening minds and touching hearts as a beloved teacher. That was evident in her love for her nephews from the day each was born. June was very passionate about her skating. It was something she had wanted to do from her early childhood but wasn't able to realize her dream until much later.
June also had a deep love for music and found great joy in singing in her local chorus. Her passion for music brought happiness to many, cherishing the camaraderie and sense of community that came with being part of this group.
June also had a profound love for gardening. She spent countless hours tending to her garden, nurturing her plants with the same care and attention she gave her loved ones. June, you will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

We must learn not to live without them
But to live with the love they left behind"
