MACKENZIE, John R.
September 20, 1971 – July 28, 2024
Passed away suddenly at his favourite place on Sunday July 28, 2024 at the age of 52. Loved and missed by mother, Sheila (late Bill) and by his big sisters Julie MacKenzie and Jackie Field. Condolences also go to his brother-in-law Troy, nieces Paige and Jenna, Aunt Mary, Aunt Debbie, Uncle Bob and Aunt Moe, cousins John, Daniel, Ashley, Ryan, Andrew (Nova Scotia), Michelle, Louise and Isabelle (late).
John was a person who enjoyed his home, but he had many close friends. You could always find him in his garage with his dog Pepper or later with Chance playing on his PlayStation or chatting
with friends (that is if they could get a word in). He was always there to help anyone. Need anything found online, he found it. Amazon was his website of choice. He loved animals and he
had fond memories of taking his cousins Isabelle and Andrew to the Toronto Zoo. John was close to his father and would always recall the road trip they took together across Canada.
Cremation has been entrusted to Low & Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge Chapel. A celebration of John’s life will be held on Saturday August 10, 2024 anytime after 1 pm at the MacKenzie’s home. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Shades of Hope would be appreciated by the family. You are invited to make donations or send condolences by visiting www.lowandlow.ca.
