Joan (Hardinge) HAINES

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joan at Butternut Manor in the early morning of February 10th, 2021. 

Joan was the beloved mother of son, Ian (Dawna). Adored Gran to, Lynsay (Ian), Lauren (Dan), the late Brett (Brooke), and Robby (Rachel). She is predeceased by her parents Dorothy & Howard Hardinge and brothers Bill & Don Hardinge. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law Joan and Barbara Hardinge, as well as her nieces, nephews, and long-time friend Danny. 

Joan was a kind, generous, quick-witted and had a heart of gold – she was always laughing which earned her the appropriate nickname “Giggles”. We will carry her memory in our hearts forever and miss her dearly. Thanks go out to Butternut Manor for their kind, outstanding care making her feel at home always. A special thanks to Dr. Calesh Doobay for your excellence and genuine care.

Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service will take place at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Saturday February 20th, 2021.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Low & Low Funeral Home, 23 Main Street South, Box 388, Uxbridge L9P 1M8 (905-852-3073).
