Joan passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Friday, November 15, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones. Joan was the loving wife to the late Earl Durward of 54 years, she was the caring mother to her two children Lorna Durward- Story (John) and Les Durward (Melissa). She will be deeply missed by her four grandchildren Stephany, Devon (Carrie), Laney (Kennie), Callie and her great granddaughter Faye. She will be fondly remembered by her siblings Jim (Debrorah), Janet and sister-in-law Terry. She is also survived by her many  nieces, nephews, extended family and friend. She will be missed by all who had the privilege of meeting her.  Joan is predeceased parents Robert and Mary Leslie, her brothers Murray and Baby Robert.
