Hilmore Russell Nelson Archer

Passed away peacefully in Port Perry on March 9, 2024.  His dearest wife Connie Archer (nee Brown) predeceased him February 7, 2008.  He was a beloved father to Lorrie Archer, Scott (Sheila) Archer, Tammy Nottingham (nee Archer) and chosen daughter Christine (Craig) Wildman.  He was a loved grandfather to Cory Nottingham, Ryan Archer, Katie Archer, Jennifer Cockburn (Archer), Curtis Wildman, Colin Sheppard and Candace Hyde (nee Sheppard).  Hilmore was born in Coboconk, Ontario on December 11, 1933-son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Atkin Archer.  He was the brother of the late Charlie, Bob, Ruth and Lillian.  He will be missed by Cleaburn and sister-in-law Karen, and by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. 

Visitation will be held at the Low & Low Funeral Home, 1763 Reach Street, Port Perry on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.  A Service to celebrate Hilmore’s life will be held in the chapel at 1:00pm.  Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay.
