Gary R. Magill

With great sadness, we announce that Gary passed away unexpectedly while adventuring in Iceland.  Gary was the much-beloved husband of Teresa, 54 years.  Loving father of Katherine Russell (Shawn) and Jeannine Magill; and cherished papa of Noah Russell. 

Gary was a Retired City of Toronto Firefighter (1973-2001) and a Canadian Forces Reservist with the Royal Regiment of Canada Band (1967-2002).  He had a lifelong love of music, most recently as a part of the George Lake Big Band.  

A private family service has taken place.  A celebration of life for Gary will be held at the Uxbridge Seniors Centre at 75 Marietta Street on September 17th, from 1 - 4 pm. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Low & Low Funeral Home, 23 Main Street South, Box 388, Uxbridge L9P 1M8 (905-852-3073). 

In place of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
