Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health, Port Perry on September 24, 2025 at the age of 86. Eugene was the beloved husband of Lynda, and a devoted father to Kevin, Dan (Elaine), Jeff, and Brad (Catherine). He was a proud and loving grandfather to Chris (Kelsey), Dawson, Brittany (Mattie), Hailey Wuerch (Micki), Derek, Tyler, Bryce, and Calla. Eugene was also blessed with great-grandchildren Ellie, Mya, Oceana, McKinley, Sienna, Ryan, and Chyles, who brought him great joy.

Eugene will be remembered for his warmth, his strength, and the deep love he had for his family.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Zephyr Hall, 310 Zephyr Road in Zephyr, Ontario. For online condolences, please visit www.lowandlow.ca.
