Doreen E. (Marks) Bone

Passed away at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Sunday December 7, 2025 at the age of 77 years.  Loved and missed by her husband of 55 years; Don and her children Darren Bone (Beth Ann) and Kathy Pomeroy (Corey).  Cherished grandma of Brandon, Taylor, Madison, Austin, and Hayley and great grandma of Violet.

Devoted wife mother and grandmother. She dedicated her life to caring for others. Her gentle heart touched everyone who knew her. She had a passion for her family and especially her grandchildren.  She spent  years of her life loving being a receptionist for many different companies although her favourite job was being a stay at home mom and raising her children. She was an amazing cook who lovingly made so many incredible family meals especially at every holiday. 

A Celebration of Doreen’s life will be held at Low & Low Funeral Home, 23 Main Street South, Uxbridge on Sunday December 21, 2025 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM with memories being shared at 2:00 PM.  As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.  Friends are invited to share memories, express condolences or make donations www.lowandlow.ca.
