McGARVEY, Donald Bronsway

Passed away peacefully at home comforted by the love of his family on March 22, 2024 in his 74th year.  Beloved husband of Valerie.  Loving father of Patricia (James) Stephenson and Lonny McGarvey.  Cherished grandfather of Morgan McGarvey, Damien Stephenson, Marley McGarvey, and Jasmine Stephenson.  Dear brother of Joseph (Sharon) McGarvey, Shirley Neale, Clifford McGarvey and the late Johnny and Douglas McGarvey. Predeceased by his parents Alma and Manley McGarvey.  Don will be lovingly remembered for his humor and quirkiness by all who knew him. 

A very special thank you to the Port Perry Palliative Care Team and Lakeridge Health Oshawa Cancer Centre for their care, compassion and support.

A Celebration of Don’s life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to Low & Low Funeral Home, Port Perry.
