Diane Margaret (O'Leary) May

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diane at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa on Monday February 3, 2025 at the age of 74 years.  Loved and missed by her sons; Matthew (Wendy) and Shawn (Sara); grandchildren Tyler, Devon and Lyla; brother Mike O’Leary (Sue) and Sue Mitchell (late Paul). 

She will also be missed by her beloved Don. Although their time together was short, it was some of the happiest times of her life.  Diane’s passion for knitting helped to create many wonderful memories for those around her. Through her needles, she was able to express love, warmth and generosity that will continue to provide comfort to us for generations to come.

A celebration of Diane’s life will be held at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Lakeridge Health Oshawa would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to all of the doctors and nurses at Lakeridge Health.
