Craig Watt

Passed away at home on Monday, September 15, 2025 at the age of 67 years old.  Loving brother to Pam, Nancy and Brian (Caroline).  Uncle to Ryan, Leahan, Geoff, Megan and Melissa.  Great uncle to Scott, Georgie, Blake, Emma, Brooke, Rory and Hannah.  Predeceased by his parents Marg and Norm Watt.  Best friend to Karen and her late husband Mick. Karen was like a sister to Craig and the family would like to thank her for her care and compassion over the years.

Craig was a dog lover and had the pleasure of showing and caring for many of Karen and Mick’s Borzoi’s as well as his own dogs.  Through the years he was a familiar face at the Ontario shows, showing, conditioning and winning top awards.  He was well respected as a handler.  His friends in the dog community will miss him dearly.

Craig was a kind and quiet man, always with a smile on his face.  A Toronto EMS for many years.  He was an accomplished artist doing portrait art of people, scenery and animals.  He did beautiful stained glass and many of his pieces are across North America and Europe.

Craig was an incredibly smart man and his family fought to have him on their Trivial Pursuit teams.

He cherished his many visits with Mom and they would sit and converse for hours.
