Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 28, 2024 at Lakeridge Health-Port Perry.  Loving husband of Lucille for 65 years.  Devoted father of Brenda (the late Joe), Debbie (Tony), Paul, and the late Vince.  Cherished grandpa of 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  Beloved son of the late Mario and Theresa. Dear brother of the late Fred and Reno.  Bruno will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Bruno was a loving and caring man.  He was an avid outdoorsman, and found joy fishing with his children and grandchildren, and hunting with sons, son-in-laws, and his only grandson.  Being on the water brought him so much happiness, especially being surrounded by family at the cottage in Bobcaygeon. He loved to play cards, enjoyed good food, was an avid gardener and took great pride in his garden, and always loved the family pets.  Bruno was committed to traditions, especially Easter and Christmas.  Christmas was so special to him, he always ensured he shared his enthusiasm with his family, and decorated his tree faithfully. After decorating his tree this year, we were blessed to have him home from hospital to celebrate his last Christmas, eating and joking with all of us.

Visitation will be held at Low & Low Limited, 1763 Reach Street, Port Perry on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 4:00pm-8:00pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 11:00am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Perry.  Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or St. Michael’s Hospital in memory of Bruno would be appreciated by the family.
